about

Empty Bottles Broken Hearts strikes again with the third installment in their ongoing series of 45’s.

“How Can You Be So Close (And So Far Away)” is a frolicking romp about the pitfalls of unrequited love, while "The Strip" is a sobering musical tale of yet another drunken stupor in the seamy north side of Bergen. “Ann Marie” sums it all up with its core country theme that center around a shattered heart and a bitter tear in your beer.

No minor chords were ever considered for use on this release.
